1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Midland Medical Group website and the medical services provided at our clinic located at Osteopathic & Sports Injury Clinic, 312A Charter Ave, Coventry CV4 8DA. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Medical Services & Appointments
- Professional Standards: All medical assessments are performed by GMC-registered doctors adhering to UK clinical standards.
- Scope of Assessment: Our doctors provide factual medical reports based on clinical findings. The final decision regarding any visa, license, or employment application rests with the respective issuing authority (e.g., DVLA, Home Office, or Embassy).
- Patient Obligations: You must disclose your full medical history honestly. Failure to do so may invalidate your medical report.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Amelia Booking System: Appointments are managed via the Amelia system. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.
- Stripe Payments: All transactions are processed via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card information.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Standard Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, no refund will be issued.
- Service Completion: Fees are charged for the doctor’s time and professional assessment. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of the medical (e.g., a “fail” result or a declined visa application).
5. Privacy & Data Retention
- Confidentiality: Your medical information is protected under doctor-patient confidentiality and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Retention: Medical records are retained for a period of 10 years as per standard UK medical practice.
- Third Parties: We only share data with external clinical partners (such as laboratories) when necessary for your specific medical service and with your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Midland Medical Group shall not be liable for any delays or failures in visa or license processing caused by third-party authorities or incomplete information provided by the patient.
