In order to tolerate the physical stresses involved in the MIRA testing environment, including:

Vibration exposure
Rapid acceleration and deceleration forces
Repeated entry and exit from vehicles
Use of safety restraints and harnesses
Occupational bending, twisting and climbing movements

As part of your medical, our doctor will assess whether you safely meet these functional requirements in line with D4 Group 2 medical fitness standards.

How long does the medical take?

Usually 20–30 minutes, depending on your medical history.

What happens if I do not meet the required standard?

Our doctor will explain the findings and advise you on next steps, which may include further investigation, temporary deferral, or specialist review depending on the issue.

Will I get my certificate straight away?

Yes — provided you meet the necessary standards, we issue your certificate on the same day.

Can I take my regular medications?

Yes. Bring a list of all medications so the doctor can assess whether they affect your fitness for MIRA entry.
